Privacy policy

How we handle the data you leave when booking a free call.

Who processes the data

Zhazira Reinert, Düsseldorf, Germany. Contact for data questions — info.reinert.consulting@gmail.com.

What data we collect

Full name, email address, phone number, the chosen branch and practice, and the time of the booked call. The IP address the confirmation code was requested from is stored separately — it is needed only to protect against code guessing and abuse of the form. There is no automatic deletion of this record by age yet: it is stored for as long as the rest of the request's data, and is subject to the same deletion procedure described below.

Why

To confirm that you submitted the request, schedule the call, and check that the free consultation has not already been used. The check is performed against the email address and phone number — without them the "one free consultation" limit does not work.

Who we share it with

Cal.com — for the calendar and the meeting invitation; through it, booking data also reaches Google, where the meeting is created in Google Meet along with an event in Zhazira's calendar. Brevo — for the confirmation-code email. Data is not shared with or sold to any other party.

How long we keep it

Our policy is to keep data for no longer than 24 months from the last interaction. Automatic deletion once that period expires is a separate technical task that has not been launched yet; until it is, we delete data whose 24-month period has expired manually, on request. Write to us and we will check and delete what is due for deletion.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you can withdraw consent. Write to info.reinert.consulting@gmail.com — we will reply within 30 days.
